For standard user accounts, we collect basic profile data via Google Auth, including your name and email address.

1.2 Seller Subscriptions

To facilitate the listing service, we collect from sellers:

• Business name and contact phone number
• Verification of manual payment (Screenshots/Transaction IDs)
• House or business address for directory accuracy

1.3 Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies to maintain your login session and store beta-subscription status (e.g., hasSubscribedForBeta), which persists for one year unless cleared.

2. Use of Information

• Listing Visibility: Displaying seller contact information and product details to potential buyers.
• Verification: Manually reviewing seller identities and subscription payments via Transaction IDs.
• Communication: Sending launch notifications and support updates to registered emails.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your data. We only share data with essential service providers:

• SendPK API: Used solely for OTP verification of seller phone numbers.
• Google Auth: Used for secure, passwordless account management.

4. Security & Retention

We implement standard encryption to protect your data. Since transactions happen off-platform, Cosmatofix does not store your financial records. Seller subscription data is retained for the duration of the listing period for auditing purposes.
