Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cosmatofix, we provide a specialized marketplace platform for beauty and skincare professionals. By utilizing our subscription-based listing services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stipulated in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Subscription & Listing Fees
Cosmatofix operates on a digital service model. Once a seller pays for a subscription or listing tier and successfully lists their products, the service is considered fully rendered.
- No Money-Back Guarantee: All payments made for seller subscriptions, product listings, and featured placements are final and non-refundable.
- Service Continuity: Listings will remain active on the platform for the duration of the purchased subscription period. Failure to renew will result in the automated removal of listings.
2. Payment Discrepancies & Settlement Issues
We acknowledge that technical errors may occur during the transaction process. We address these on a case-by-case basis:
- Failed Settlements: In circumstances where funds are successfully deducted from a user’s account but the subscription is not activated (due to settlement delays or API failures), Cosmatofix will prioritize granting manual access to the platform.
- Verification Requirement: Users must provide valid proof of transaction (Transaction ID and screenshot) to support@cosmatofix.storefor manual verification.
- Monetary Refunds: Even in the event of settlement issues, a monetary refund is not guaranteed. Our primary resolution is the activation of the service purchased.
3. Account Suspension & Policy Violations
To maintain the integrity of our beauty sanctuary, we enforce strict content standards. No refunds will be issued if an account is suspended or banned for:
- Listing prohibited or explicit content
- Engaging in fraudulent seller behavior
- Violating our religious or discriminatory content guidelines
4. Modifications to Service
Cosmatofix reserves the right to modify pricing tiers or subscription features at any time. Such changes will not affect active subscriptions but will apply to all subsequent renewals or new listings.
