Cosmatofix is a digital directory and listing service for cosmetics and beauty products. We posit a platform for discovery and brand visibility; we do not operate as a merchant, retailer, or middleman for payments.

Users acknowledge that any purchase made is a direct contract between the buyer and the seller. Cosmatofix is not a party to these transactions and holds no liability for their outcome.

02. Account Registration

Accuracy: You must provide truthful information during registration. Sellers are subject to manual identity and payment verification.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Beta Status: As we are currently in a Beta phase, certain features may be modified, limited, or removed "off the go" to improve platform stability.

03. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain our beauty sanctuary, users are strictly prohibited from:

Uploading explicit or pornographic imagery
Using discriminatory or hateful language
Spamming or scraping platform data
Misrepresenting products or brand ownership
Engaging in fraudulent "bait and switch" tactics

04. Intellectual Property

The "Cosmatofix" name, logo, and custom UI elements are the exclusive property of our team. Sellers grant us a non-exclusive license to display their uploaded content (images and descriptions) for the purpose of promoting their listings on our platform.

05. Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Warranty: The service is provided "as is" without any warranties of reliability or accuracy of seller listings.

5.2 Transactional Risk: Cosmatofix is not liable for financial losses, damaged goods, or failed deliveries resulting from independent transactions.

5.3 System Uptime: While we aim for 99% uptime, we are not liable for any loss of visibility due to technical maintenance or third-party server failures.

Our platform may contain links to external seller websites or social media profiles. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content or privacy practices of these external entities.

07. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cosmatofix operates. Any disputes shall be settled through internal mediation before pursuing legal action.
